2) Free SMS: With a loading of €10, 60 SMS messages free. With a loading of €15, 120 SMS messages free. With a loading of €30, 300 SMS messages free • Free SMS messages are valid in the entire E-Plus mobile network and are only valid for 30 days after loading • Free SMS messages are available every 30 days for one loading.

3) All-Net Flat 500: bookable as an option only with the Ortel prepaid card: by text (send "AN500" to 77300) or phone (call 1155 - menu 8->1->3->1) ▪ Includes up to 500 inclusive minutes for calls to landlines and mobile networks in Poland, Russia, Romania and Hungary; premium numbers and (value-added) services not included . ▪ Inclusive minutes remain valid for 30 days after booking. ▪ If sufficient credit is available, the option is automatically extended after 30 days. ▪ One-minute billing increments (60/60) ▪ Outside and after use of the inclusive minutes, the standard tariff in the current price list applies. ▪ This option cannot be combined with the "InterNational-Flat 500" and may be booked only once every 30 days.

4) InterNational FLAT 500: option to register only available with the Ortel Prepaid Card: by text message (send INT500 to 77300 free) or by phone (dial 1155 then select menu options 8->1->1->1). ▪ Includes up to 500 minutes for calls to the German fixed network or the fixed network of the countries of country group A listed below with the exception of special numbers and (value-added) services. ▪ Included minutes are valid for 30 days after registration. ▪ Option renewed automatically after 30 days if customer has sufficient credit. ▪ 60/60 second billing interval ▪ Outside of and after use of the included minutes, the standard rate applies according to the current price list. ▪ This option cannot be combined with the "Festnetz-Flat 3000" and the "All-Net FLAT 500" option and can be registered only once every 30 days. Country group A: Austria, Belgium, Brazil, China, Croatia, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, India, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Morocco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, UK, USA.

5) E-Plus FLAT 3000: for 9.90 €/30 days, bookable as an option only with an Ortel Prepaid card: by SMS message (contents: EPLUSFLAT to the free speed dial number 77300) or phone (dial 1155 - menu 8->1->2->1). ▪ Includes up to 3000 minutes and 3000 SMS messages valid in the entire E-Plus mobile network (e.g. to Ortel Mobile, E-Plus, BASE, Aldi Talk, AY YILDIZ, Simyo) excluding premium rate numbers and (value-added) services. ▪ Inclusive minutes and SMS text messages remain valid for 30 days after booking. ▪ If sufficient credit is available, the option is automatically extended after 30 days. If insufficient credit is available at the time of renewal, the option is deactivated. It is reactivated as soon as sufficient credit is again available. ▪ Per-minute billing (60/60) ▪ The option can be terminated by calling 1155. ▪ Outside of and after use of the included minutes and SMS messages, the connections mentioned above are billed at the standard rate of 0.13€/min. or SMS message incl. VAT.

6) Internet FLAT XL: Available as an option only with Ortel prepaid card: register by SMS (text: INTERNETXL to the free service number 77300) or by phone (via 1155 - menu 8->1->4->1). ▪ Option is activated for 30 days from date of registration. ▪ Assuming sufficient credit, the option will be extended automatically after the 30 days have elapsed. If there is insufficient credit available at this time, the option will become inactive. It will be reactivated as soon as sufficient credit is available. ▪ Up to a data volume of 750 MB per option period, a max. bandwidth of up to 7.2 Mbps is available. Subsequently, a GPRS bandwidth (max. 56 Kbps) is available. ▪ Billing increment: 10 KB • Use permitted exclusively on mobiles/smartphones connecting via access points (APN) internet.eplus.de and wap.eplus.de. ▪ This option cannot be combined with the "Internet Flat" and can only be registered for once per 30 day period. ▪ Outside the option, the standard tariff of €0.49/MB incl. VAT applies for the above-mentioned connection route.

7) The All Net Flat price is calculated as follows: the full standard price of €24.90 is initially debited and the bonus credit of €5.00 then credited to the account within 6 hours of a successful booking. The offer will remain valid until further notice.

8) EU-Sprachpaket 50: Option to register only available with the Ortel Prepaid Card: register by calling 1155 (menu 8->1->7->1) in Germany or 11551 (menu 1->7->1) abroad ▪ Includes up to 50 minutes for outgoing calls to Germany and incoming calls in any other EU country, with the exception of special numbers and (value-added) services. ▪ Included minutes are valid for seven days after registration. ▪ 60/60 second billing increment ▪ EU-Sprachpaket 50 is valid in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (incl. Monaco), Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy (incl. Vatican City and San Marino), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal (incl. the Azores and Madeira), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (incl. the Canary Islands), Sweden, the UK (incl. the Channel Islands) ▪ Once the included minutes have been used up or the option period has expired, the option ends automatically and the standard roaming charges apply again. You cannot re-register for the option within the option period.

9) EU-Internetpaket 50: Option to register only available with Ortel Prepaid Card: register by calling 1155 (menu 8->1->8->1) in Germany or 11551 (menu 1->8->1) abroad ▪ Includes up to 50 MB for mobile data roaming in any other EU country. ▪ Option is valid for seven days after registration. ▪ Data increment: 100 KB • EU-Internetpaket 50 is valid in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (incl. Monaco), Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy (incl. Vatican City and San Marino), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal (incl. the Azores and Madeira), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (incl. the Canary Islands), Sweden, the UK (incl. the Channel Islands). • Usage only permitted with mobile phones/smartphones via the access points (APN) internet.eplus.de and wap.eplus.de. ▪ EU-Internetpaket 50 can only be used with a UMTS/GPRS-capable device and may not be used for VoIP or P2P connections. ▪ Once the included volume have been used up or the option period has expired, the option ends automatically and the standard roaming charges apply again. 10) The promotional price will be valid for a single time when options "E-Plus FLAT 3000" (valid from 01.03.2012) and "Internet FLAT XL" (valid from 02.04.2012) are active simultaneously during the promotion period (02.04.2012 to 31.05.2012). ▪ The respective standard price of €9.90 per option will first be debited in full and the bonus amount of €4.90 will then be credited to the account within 6 hours of the successful registration of the second option. ▪ Terms and conditions for "E-Plus FLAT 3000" and "Internet FLAT XL" as stated under 5 and 6 apply. ▪ Detailed information at www.ortelmobile.de

11) Afrika-Vorteil: option to register only available with the Ortel Prepaid Card for 0,99€: by text message (send AFRIKA to 77300 free) or by phone (dial 1155 then select menu options 8->1->6->1). • Within this option a discount applies to the standard rates per minute for calls to 20 African destinations (excluding special numbers and (value-added) services). • Discounted rates apply for 7 days after booking. • Option renews automatically after 7 days, if customer has sufficient credit. If insufficient credit is available at the time of renewal, the option is deactivated. 12) The price of the "All-Net FLAT 500" option is calculated by offsetting a credit of €5.00 against the standard price of €24.90 if all inclusive minutes for calls to mobile networks or landlines in Poland, Romania, Russia and Hungary are used up. The use of the inclusive minutes depends on billing increments. Calls are billed in intervals of one minute (60/60 increment). The terms and conditions of the "All-Net FLAT 500" apply as stated in section 3.

13) SMS World FLAT 1000: bookable as an option only with an Ortel Prepaid card: by text message (contents: SMSWORLD to the free speed dial number 77300) or phone (dial 1155 - Menu 8->1->5->1). ▪ Includes 1000 text messages from Germany valid in all national & international mobile networks excluding premium rate numbers and (value-added) services. ▪ Inclusive text messages remain valid for 30 days after booking. ▪ Outside of and after use of the included text messages, the connections mentioned above are billed at the standard rate according to the current price list.
