You can find the SIM number and PUK 2 needed to activate your Ortel Mobile SIM card on your SIM card holder.

During activation, you can choose whether to complete the legally required identity verification via VideoIdent or in person at a post office using POSTIDENT. Both methods are free of charge. For identity verification, you will need a valid identification document (ID card, passport, or residence permit).

To activate your SIM card, you must first verify your identity. You can use various identification documents for this purpose.

With the VideoIdent process, a video call is initiated with an authorised service provider during activation. You hold your ID up to the camera for data verification.

With the POSTIDENT process, you receive a POSTIDENT coupon during activation. This is used for identity verification at a post office of your choice.
