The prices for making calls in the EU continue to change. For some years now, EU roaming charges have no longer been incurred for calls from foreign EU networks to your home country, for example for calls from your holiday home. However, there was previously no upper cost limit for calls from Germany to other EU countries
A new EU regulation has been in force since 15 May 2019. Following the abolition of roaming charges, the new regulation now also makes the prices for calls to other EU countries cheaper and caps them at a maximum of 22.61 cents per minute. Since there is no basic tariff yet, there are no additional costs with an Ortel prepaid card. There is no unpleasant surprise when checking the telephone bill.

The good thing is that you can cancel these rates on a monthly basis.
