Deutsch-Polnische Gesellschaft Brandenburg (DPG) is a registered non-profit association based in Potsdam. The society was founded in 1991 and since then has been committed to understanding between Germans and Poles and for more knowledge about the neighboring country. A particular focus of the activity is on supporting cross-border cooperation and promoting the neighboring Polish language in the border region as an essential prerequisite for better understanding.
