The Russian-German cultural centre is an independent legal entity (association) – a charitable organisation that has a leading position on the market of our city’s cultural, developmental and educational services. The centre’s team consists of 20 qualified teachers, who develop a special educational and developmental programme for bilingual children. The competence, high professional level and creative work of the entire team guarantee children high-quality development and education.
