The association DARF e.V. with its headquarters in Bochum was founded in 2010, the result of a process started in 2007 as an actor of the "IK-Afrika-Ruhr". The association pursues exclusively and directly charitable purposes in the sense of the section "tax-privileged purposes" of the tax code. The association supports democratic goals and modes of action.
