POLONICA e.V. was founded on 23 February 1987 in Bonn by a small group of dedicated friends of Polish and German culture. The association wants to bring the words "cultural exchange" and "international understanding" to life and above all to contribute to a more open interaction with the still little known culture of the neighbouring country Poland in Germany, as well as to integrate Poles living in Germany by cultural events.
