Can I make calls to Germany from my holiday destination at no extra cost?

Yes. The tariff includes 100 minutes from all EU countries to Germany. After you have depleted your 100 minutes, you can continue to make calls at our affordable rates. The price list is available here.

Can I make international calls from abroad?

Yes. With your travel SIM card, you can make calls from one EU country to another for up to 100 minutes at no extra cost. For example, from Italy to France, or from Spain to the Netherlands

Is EU roaming included in the Smart Travel tariff?

Yes. With EU roaming, you benefit from the same favourable Ortel Mobile conditions abroad as in Germany. This includes data roaming in the EU, so you can use the Internet while on holiday.
