The Chinese School in Munich was founded in 1975 as a parents' initiative. Children of Chinese parentage should have the chance not only to learn the Chinese language, but also to gain an insight into Chinese and Taiwanese art and culture. The school strives to convey the Chinese culture, language and history clearly and thoroughly and also to promote the German-Chinese friendship relationship.
