Forum Italia was founded in September 2010 in Munich and, in collaboration with the Italian Cultural Institute at the Italian General Consulate in Munich (Instituto Italiano di Cultura di Monaco di Baviera, IIC), is dedicated to the dissemination and promotion of the Italian language and culture in Bavaria – within and beyond the state capital.
