The Marokkanisch-islamische Verein e.V. (Bilal mosque) was founded in 1999 and is one of the oldest Islamic communities in Frankfurt am Main. The association strives to create a community for all Muslims living in Griesheim and the surrounding area, enabling them to practise traditional Islamic culture and creating space to meet the social and cultural needs of the community.
